I had bought my unit 3 yrs ago brand new from acthley air and it wasn’t heating so I called them to fix it and they said parts were under warranty but labor was not and that the parts were $2300 and then labor would be $1800. I called Jeremy at A/C Guys and he came out same day and found the problem (which was not even what Atchley’s air stated it was) and Jeremy fixed it. It ended up being a $60 part. I will never call anyone besides A/C Guys and I definitely will NEVER do business with Atchley Air again they are obviously out for the money only and trying to rip people off.
