They were very helpful finding items I wanted and at one time I had two separate people helping me with stuff. However I had to double check the lumber. Load out crew gave me a 1x8 that was split in the middle about 3 foot. When I told them I couldn't use it they took it back and replaced it. So overall a good experience.

Always incredibly helpful and patient.They helped me piece together a through axel adapter for my gravel bike so that it can now fit on my Kickr smart trainer. I arrived with only metrics from an Australian setup. 5 minutes later I was on my way home with the seemingly random assortment of parts for a successful application.

I just needed a small amount of lumber but they were all so helpful and friendly—one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had! I would come here for anything. This is my new favorite hardware store.
