These people are the very best! They have all supported me and cheered me on through double knee replacement in September of 2021. I started out in February of 2021 with pre-OP stretches and strength training, did all my post-OP physical therapy with them, and continue to work out 2-3 times a week. They are all so friendly and helpful! BEST PLACE FOR ALL YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPY NEEDS!
Brandon has been an excellent physical therapist for me as I recover from total shoulder replacement. He pushes me but never further than I can go. He has the knowledge and skills to help anyone, from young to old with physical problems. The staff here is also very courteous and quick to help. This is a GREAT place! Don't hesitate to let this talented group help with all your therapy and workout needs!
Going to Valir for neck and nerve issues. Brandon is my therapist he is showing me many exercises to help strengthen my neck to help relieve neck and nerve pain. A little sore after today's session but making progress. Facility is very clean and all the staff are very nice and professional.
