I’ve used these people the last 2 times I’ve needed flowers which included a rush on both orders. I was very pleased with the quality and the customer service (delivered after dark). These people do it right. Will use them from now on.

I have ordered from here a few time but, I never will again. I had a dear friend try and order her daughter a corsage for Daddy Daughter Dance. After telling them they couldn’t have her card number over the phone they called her 3 times. Telling her about late fee if she didn’t pay right away. After she cancelled they still publicly advertised the original price of the corsages on their Facebook pages never mentioning late fees.We truly believe they were trying to get her card information and they were adding a mystery late fee that none of their adds mention to try and scare her into paying over the phone. She posted a Facebook post about it and several people said they were never told about this “late fee” . When did flower shops start charging a late fee? None!! We called around no one around charges one. She called Yukon Flowers and Gifts they were able to make her a corsage no late fee attached at the same price these scammers were trying to charge!

Trisha is a joy to be around and reasonably priced and she does dry cleaning and will clean clothes and iron them as well does deliveries to the school as well as other places.

While the selection is quite small, I have to say that it was made up for in amazing customer service...literally could not ask for any better. I got there late in the day which narrowed down my choices to 4 or 5 arrangements of roses & 1 with big pink daisies. I chose the daisies & then Trish, who was incredibly upbeat & friendly, got to work pulling anything that we could possibly use to "dress up" the arrangement & make it "14 yr old girl" approved, as it was for my twin daughters birthday. She went to the back pulling anything that may go with our theme & then we assembled 2 "goodie bags" to tie onto the vase & balloon. As it was close to closing, there were no delivery people available so Trish pulled up the address on her phone to confirm best route & then said that as soon as she closed up at 6pm she would deliver the arrangement herself. Trish was fun, understood what I was going for when making my selections & was accommodating in any area she possibly could. I will be a repeat customer in the future! On a side note, while writing out the card to attach, I witnessed several people come in to pick up their dry cleaning. They were all greeted by name & Trish had a quick chat with each one to check up on family & life. Small town culture of sincere friendly small talk that I'm sure, is appreciated by what I assume were long time customers.
