It'd be nice if they could keep your appointments and notify you when your kids have one. They cancelled my appointment and I have spent 2 weeks trying to reschedule. Then, my kid broke her ankle and they set up an appointment but didn't bother telling us when and where. We just got a call saying to be at the place 20 minutes prior to the appointment. The Nursing and Doctors are great, it's just the Office workers who need to work on their professionalism and communication. The 3 stars go to the nursing staff and doctors.

We love this clinic. They are very organized. The employees are friendly and know what they're doing. We went to Claremore for years but the Pawnee clinic is much simpler to use (because of their organization) and the employees are great.

Amazing service, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors everyone was welcoming and kind. They made sure I understood everything and didn't have any confusion. Highly recommend.
