As a first time home buyer, I am glad our family went through Simmons Homes. The entire process from viewing to confirming and signing on the home was very smooth. We had a very thorough inspection, no hidden fees or costs! The houses are aesthetically built and we are very happy with our purchase!

Amber Duggins was our Sales Executive for site selection and build of a new home at the Willow Creek subdivision. We were located out of town but needed to finalize on a home quickly. She had shown us the various models, and walked down the proposed site and boundaries while face timing in 107F heat. It was August 2023. We were able to start the agreement and have the home built and ready to move in by May 2024 with little onsite review by us except for interior selections. Great home, great location, great service.
