“Took my rescue cat in because the matting near her back legs had gotten impossible to brush safely at home. The groomer explained exactly what they could save and where trimming shorter might be necessary. I liked that honesty instead of promising unrealistic results. She came back looking much cleaner without huge uneven shaved patches. The staff also handled her calmly even after she started growling during brushing. By nighttime she was already acting normal again, which is rare after stressful trips anywhere.”
