“I just picked up my dogs from their stay. They were there in a New Luxury Kennel with a camera so I could check in on them and make sure they were doing good. They consistently had really thick bedding and Victoria (a staff member) even went out of her way to get my dogs wet food because they were refusing to eat with enticers. They had so much fun in daycare and I received so many videos and photos making new friends and cuddling up with the staff members. While they were there they did get groomed by Victoria Fesperman and she did such an amazing job!!! My dogs were unbelievably soft and smelt wonderful when I picked them up. (Victoria also dyed Riley’s tail) I could not recommend Victoria Fesperman enough!! She’s an amazing groomer and was extremely patient with my dogs.”

“I was nervous about taking my puppy in for his first professional bath and trim. However, it was a great choice. She immediately gave him some kind affection. They offer puppy introduction services to get the puppy used to being groomed and the sounds there. Puppy came back smelling better and softer than my store bought puppy wash. Our puppy was happy and didn't seem different in any kind of way. They were very busy that day. But, still took the time to tell me how my little Oscar did. I will be going back and I would recommend this doggie spa place. Really cute name too. Easy to find on the main street. Arrive a few minutes early just in case you have trouble finding a spot to park and still make it on time to your appointment.”

“Dr. Morley and her staff at Avalon are the most amazing, animal loving and compassionate people you'll ever hope to meet! It is incredible the lengths they go to to help you in every way they can. We had a stray cat with 7 kittens and felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do for them. They were there for us. I love Dr. Morley! She's excellent at explaining everything you need to take care of your pet and a very good listener! You never feel rushed. They are very prompt about seeing you so you're not stuck in the exam room forever. Their groomer, Ricky, is incredibly patient and gentle with our elderly, arthritic dog. She understands him completely and accepts his limitations and is very careful with him and still gets him bathed and beautiful! We are so grateful for everyone who works there. The staff is exceptional and accommodating. I always feel welcome here! They are all such a blessing to us and we are so grateful we found them!”
