The staff shows that they care. They treat you awesome and for the first time in my life I don’t dread going to the Dr. The staff are all knowledgeable about what's wrong with you and they will help you. They take their time out of their day to sit down and find out what's up and get it resolved. A great experience with a doctors visit. A wife accompanying a patient was offered and received a flu shot. Can’t beat that for exceptional caring and service. It’s a friendly environment.
The doctor and all of her medical staff go above and beyond! I have been looking for a PCP four years, and I have finally found one. It’s wonderful. I I am 74 years old, live alone and have limited mobility, but I have marvelous healthcare! I recommend Dr Santilliano and her staff to everyone concerned about their healthcare.
