I am so thankful to have Melody Evans as my Nurse Practitioner. She was so knowledgeable about the issues that I am/was facing. She even took my personal health goals a step further and informed me of other test that was in my best interest according to my age bracket. She was very personable and understanding, yet professional in her approach to help me get to the bottom of my health concerns. I have no doubt that I am in the best hands for me and my family. I showed up early, the we able to fit me in without waiting very long, all of the staff was very courteous and professional. I actually enjoy going to see this Dr and the staff that supports her.
The Nurse Practioner didn't rush the visit. Even though My chart was open as she was speaking with me, she talked TO me, not just read my history. She asked probing questions to determine my needs & care. I appreciate her attentiveness. The complete opposite of my previous PCP!
