One of ur workers made a mistake on my electric bill, and I went back to get it fixed and another worker shalonda Bagby, took very good care too correct the situation for me!!! She did a great job ?

Kelsey at Ace Cash Express mentioned she just started here. I would not have been able to tell she’s doing great! She has the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Ace store. She’s friendly, and made things much easier for me that day.

I just wanted to share my excellent experience because when I went in there, I was met by Kelsey Rene and she was so helpful and so sweet and I would always come back just because she had wonderful customer service and she was so polite to me.
