She replaced the zipper on two of our couch cushions for us. And reinforced them very well so they will not break again. It did cost I think $20 more than she quoted due to her taking extra steps to ensure it was sturdier this time and I didn’t mind paying more for it. I could see the time she took in making sure it wouldn’t break again. I also took a leather backpack to her to see about replacing the broken zipper and she just fixed it for me for free and added a few stitches to reinforce it so it shouldn’t come off track again. I have taken many garments to Xi Le and they are always perfect. Most recently I took some of my vintage Girbaud and Pepe clothes, as well as a vintage velvet shirt missing buttons and they came out great. I recommend Xi Le to my friends. Great work!

They did an excellent job mending 4 pair of blue jeans for me. If you need a tailor, I highly recommend them. They are thorough, courteous, and very customer focused. I will certainly return to them when I need this service in the future.
