Christen is amazing! My first time going was because someone had purchased me a groupon gift(which I recommend if you'd like to try it out). I enjoyed the deepness of the massages if that makes sense. I felt like she was working out all my knots with the right amount of balance between apply more pressure and being soft. I have since added massages to my monthly self-care regime since I'm fairly active, and my fitness endeavors sometimes leaves me feeling sore and tight. I'm looking forward to my appointment this Friday. Take a chance folks!
