Went for my first time last weekend. Front desk was having an inappropriate conversation when I arrived, and explained nothing to me. I have a fitness membership through my health insurance and I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I had to find my own way around and thought it was weird that they have no towels with showers and a swimming pool. It's a nice gym, but I would of appreciated being shown around and made to feel welcomed.

I love it! I feel comfortable every time I go, and the staff are always friendly. The atmosphere here is just a relaxing energy. They even have a theater room to exercise on treadmills, stair steppers, elliptical, bicycle, it's dark, cool and relaxing

The gym itself is great. I love working out in the mornings when it’s empty, love all the variety of the machines and equipment that there is only thing I don’t like is the times I have walked into the locker rooms and there is females changing like outside in the locker room area like if there wasn’t other ladies there. Makes it very uncomfortable.
