They did an outstanding job building our home. The forman Scott was awesome! Did his best to correct any discrepancies we found. Multiple floor plans to choose from. No payments for 9 months and in house financing gives you the opportunity to build vs a mobile home on land. Houses were nicely priced. Things to consider though. Make sure you have at least 10K in savings to cover surprise out of pocket cost. The allowance for the floor will not cover the entire cost. That is the same for septic and well. We are pleased so far with everything. Service has been great and everything has been as promised. We are in the phase of getting the wiring done so all framinng and roofing is done.
