The store is clean, bright, and well-organized. My cashier Becca was helpful with my return and my purchase, and another employee offered to help me find things in the store. I had a great experience.
Just make sure if you're looking for a hair products ask someone who's in that department if you're looking for makeup products someone there otherwise they don't know anything else but for the most part I love Ulta
I've had terrible experiences with rude employees/lack of customer service at the Moore & Norman stores.
I am happy to drive up to this location as everyone here has always been lovely.
The ladies here always greet you and offer their assistance yet give you your space to shop the store. I always find what I'm looking for here as it's always well stocked, clean, and organized overall.
I will be back again and again unless I drive to a Dallas store!
