Technician was great, friendly and courteous. He represented your company well. However, Assurion, no. Their phone "customer service reps" are only interested in selling you more, not helping a customer.

I really appreciate this type of service! The convenience of staying home with kids and the tech repairing at my home was the absolute best. He was very friendly even after having such a long day! Lots of people do not like purchasing insurance but this was so worth it all! Thank you so much for the ease, customer friendly service, and quick reliable repair of our phone. You guys are awesome.

Absolutely wonderful service! The techs were extremely knowledgeable about all of my questions, and I left with my phone in perfect condition! Would highly recommend this store to everyone who needs something fixed!
