Normally my clothes dry in a reasonable amount of time but this time I don't think they cleaned the dryer lint filters because my clothes ran a total of an hour and a half on medium heat and still were not dry I had to hang them out when I got home and I had 8 dryers that were not at all too full and not a single load was completely dry none of them were dry enough to go ahead and put away when I got home it was awful
Do not recommend, over half the machines are out of order, the machines have mold in the soap dispenser, the machines leak water the attendants are very nice the place needs to be gutted and cleaned, there are roaches there running around, brought my family there due to dryers being free, as I explained to my family this is traumatic experience would not recommend I know they can do better considering they are apart of a franchise, it is truly unacceptable, I chose to go wait in the car, due to what was going on in the laundry mat. Go at your own risk.
I LOVE this place! I worked in a laundry mat for years in Tulsa and this place by far surpasses them! It's hard to find a free dry place and usually the wash prices are WAY higher so it's definitely worth going to.
Yes some of the equipment is broken but not enuf to make doing your clothes impossible. People don't understand the parts alone for most of these older models can take a year or more to find and get parts sent to repair.
It needs a little cleaning but the woman at the counter has been there 33 years!! She'
s awesome and the laundry mat AND the community are lucky to have her!!!!
