I had a great experience at the I-240 branch/south OKC, eye exam was fast and efficient and the gentleman who helped me was very patient and answered all my questions without a attitude or any issues.
Hands down the best vision place I have been to, Marshall and the staff were just so wonderful and walked me through everything. He was even the biggest hype man and helped me pick a couple pairs of frames that I loved along with a pair of sunglasses. I highly recommend using them and will continue to do so in the future.
My daughter came home from the Army for a very small break for Christmas. She did make an eye appointment here and when we got there, found out she was out of network. There was obviously miscommunication and we ended up leaving without being seen. We couldn’t risk her being seen and not getting her glasses quickly enough in time for her departure to go back. About 30 minutes after we left, Marshall called us from Stanton Optical and said I could bring her back, he would check her lenses and check if they had them so she can get her glasses the same day.
