We have cats, too many cats, and they were tearing at the carpets. So we called Soto about tile and he was out the next day, had quote was SUPER nice and knowledgable. LOVE our new tile floors!

Will be using Soto again!

Soto did a great job on our floors. We went with an LVT for the living room area and hallways, tile for the bathrooms and kitchen, and new carpet and pad in the bedrooms. The finished product exceeded our expectations. They painted the kitchen cabinets bringing the kitchen the update it needed. The house looks completely brand new! Thanks Soto! The office staff did a great job of communicating and confirming the selections we made and gave us updates along the way. The project came in completed a week earlier than expected. We highly recommend them if you are considering work to your house.

Soto Flooring performed a turn-key service for the installation of engineered hardwood flooring to replace carpeting in my bedrooms. Approximately 650 square feet.

The cost was a little higher than the price of full carpet replacement however, 25+ years of hardwood flooring is more cost advantageous over a 10 year carpet life.

This service included the general moving of furniture, carpet demolition of carpet and pad, haul off, preparing the self-level floor base, manufacture-compliant installation of flooring and wood transitions, shoe base install and paint shoe and baseboard.

Deposit was 30% of the estimated contract.
