This is my very first review since birth! I'm trying to give the most constructive review, so the business owners can improve on what they're lack of. I came to see Dr.Lisa for at least 20 times in the past 2 years and I will never ever come back to their SF office again! I have great experience with Dr. Lisa and trust her work! But her front desk staff is absolutely rude, unprofessional and simply terrible at customer service! Isn't Front Desk suppose to be the face of the business? If so, with this unacceptable service and attitude, even the most loyal customer will leave!!!

Dr. Lisa is a super doctor! She is kind, knowledgeable, competent and very honest. I am her patient almost 2 years and she is the only one that touches my face. She is a great human, her practice is a busy and fast paced environment. I get the best of her every time I go to see her. She is not the type of doctor that will push you to buy extra treatments. The bad reviews are fake. I drive 3 hours each way to see Dr. Lisa and it's so worth it.

I purchased 20 units Botox through Groupon, with a" great price". This is what I got from Serenity MedSpa: a lady came in without any introduction about who she is, ( she is a nice looking mid aged lady with Russian tone, started Botox injection on my forehead but no cleaning! Then she said I should have injections around my eyes but I already used up the 20 units I purchased. ( she never showed me what and how much she used up!) I asked her how many units I should purchased, she said 10. Without cleaning the areas, she started injecting again! This time I asked her why she didn't clean up the injection area, her response: I did, you didn't feel it!... read full review
