Have always had a good Oklahoma style of experience with Sam and family at this store never received a corporation type service from them! This is a very professional business that still provides service to customers with the friendly neighbor style help that is missing in the majority of businesses today! I recommend that you do need your glasses repaired or replaced or just buying your first pair this is the first place you should go! Small Town feel from the time you walk in the door, but more selection and service than a couple of chains that won’t be named hahaha love these guys!
If you need lenses swapped in your glasses, need them tightened or need new glasses I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM’S OPTICAL OFF OF I-240 AND S. WALKER! They are so sweet and didn’t even charge us. Bonus: Their decorations are amazing. Marilyn Monroe, etc. looks like the 50’s in there. ♥️
I went into Sam’s Optical to try on frames last week. They have you carry a small tray with you to lay the frames on while you shop. Once you’ve tried them on you lay them on the tray before they disinfect them and put them back on the shelves. I felt good about that (with the virus). I’m terrible at picking out frames but with the help of Carrey and Scott, I found the most awesome frames and picked up the glasses less than 24 hours later! They are so pretty and the prices at Sam’s are the best. I learned a few years ago, after checking prices at other places (because of the expensive frames I chose), and realized their prices can’t be beat. But more importantly, neither can the customer service. Their sales people don’t work on a commission so they don’t try to sell you anything you can’t afford. They want you to leave happy and even after you walk out, they want you to remain happy! How many businesses can you say that about? I will continue to trust Sam’s Optical as long as they’re in business and I still have eyes!
