The quality of service was okay, but the bathroom was disgusting. They were understaffed which is crazy to be at a busy location like the mall. So, the wait was over 25mins. I got a fill and the wanted french. The tech could not do french and had to wait for another. I ended up just settling for the bottom coat of french tips instead of waiting for french. They barely had any gel colors and all the polish was basically empty.
She cut my big toes at the beginning. There is blood on the towel from my toe. She continued to put chemical on it. They rushed through everything.
I had to tell her repeated that I wanted the regular pedicure, and she kept trying to up-sale me. She argued with me and embarrassed me.
I am a runner, like I do at least a 5K a day, and I rarely get pedicures mainly because it is not an expense I add into my budget. They are a reward for me. This is the worst one I have gotten :(.
The massage chair was wonderful though!
I came to get my nails done, showed the woman a picture and got a horrific job done. The picture showed four different colors, pink, blue, white, and black. The nail artist screwed up and only did black and white. The design was little cats and the cat’s eyes were all different shapes and sizes. I had to pay an extra 5 dollars to the already 80 dollar bill just to get a crappy little “massage” that honestly hurt. The stuff she put on my hands was gritty and burned my skin. I would never go back there.
