I called them when I decided to try to be an YouTube taught electrician and failed lol. They came out to my house fixed my problem. Patiently answered my many questions. Overall great experience. They have great people working for them. Also I can't remember her name I want to say Kathy? She always answers the phone when I call. She is great. Most places take 10 minutes just to pay a bill. She gets you taken care of quick! thanks Ross electric you guys helped get rid of my stress headaches lol!
