Showed up 2 weeks late. To pick up. Then it's been 6 weeks since we gave them an address to deliver. The truck got a day away and the driver parked it and walked away. We were told it would be here this week 3 weeks ago. They can't even tell me where it is now. All I get is it's in transit. Broker US standard assigned them. Don't use either if you value your property or sanity. Well after 3 months we finally got our shipment. We had several big missing items like dresser, desk, mattress and the damage was extensive. Now won't respond to us about setting up a claim

It's been over 2 months since I asked for delivery to our new home. They will not reply to texts or calls. If they do they won't tell where our belongings are and they have lied 4 times about delivery dates. We are filing a police report on them. The address on the web site is a lie as well.

A broker company had them as my movers, the day of the packing up( Sunday) they didn’t show up but another company did. So I rate them in work but on dependability they don’t even rate 1 star
