PureHome has been wonderful since the get go. First encounter was a home solicitation. I was busy and told the guy I didn’t want to be sold on anything and he said something like, “I understand, do you mind if I leave a card for you in case you need service in the future?” Then he gave me the card and, shockingly, actually just walked away with a polite goodbye.
A few months later I started seeing pests and remembered the respectful interaction. I called and talked to Drew and he continued the respect and professionalism.
