Called Performance for a secondary bid on installing an outlet to re-establish power to a PoE switch. The estimator immediately wanted to back track and have their guys diagnose first (I had a separate company diagnose previously). So happy we did that! The original power supply was incorrectly installed, they were in and out in an hour, got the PoE switch back online and saved us thousands!!
We had some flickering lights and had a project to get some outdoor lights installed. We initially reached out two other companies, who were more of a salesman than an electricians/engineers. Those initially reached companies literally tried to get us replaced our electric panel (it's not very old) and they didn't even try to troubleshoot or review in depth to find the source of the issue.After thinking and looking around, we foumd performance electric, gave them a call and explained what was going on, what we have been told by other companies.
