Penn South Pet Clinic is a wonderful and caring veterinary practice with a friendly, experienced staff. The front desk team, especially one receptionist, is compassionate, attentive, and remembers clients’ names. The clinic's staff is knowledgeable and suggests care ideas without overusing medicine. Despite some staff changes over the years, clients have been happy with the services, including boarding, for over 15 years. The clinic genuinely cares about animals and their owners.

We changed vets after getting another Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, because our other veterinarian took a few months off, and we liked everything about Penn South and Dr. Rammage so we stayed with him.

Wonderful clinic with exceptionally kind staff. Jackie specifically is a fantastic front desk receptionist. She is so compassionate and loves the animals and it shows. She also remembers your name! Which is so impressive and tells you that she notices others and cares about clients. She and others there are very Knowledgeable. You can tell they have much experience in the vet world and many times gave me ideas how to provide care without throwing tons of medicine at my dogs. You're more than just a checkbook passing through here. Highly recommend!

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 15 years despite moving quite a distance away. The staff has changed a bit through that time but we have always been happy with the services they provide, especially the boarding.
