Always a great experience. I use Pella products in all my remodels and new homes. They have tremendous options and the quality can't be beat. I order through OKC and I am always taken care of. From plans all the way through delivery and installation, OKC has a wonderful team. Billie M is my sales rep. He has a wealth of knowledge and tons of experience. We were very happy with the entire process of replacing all of the windows in our mid-century house. The windows are everything we would expect of Pella, an excellent product. We were also very impressed with the measuring and installation. Pella finished the entire house in one day and we were very pleased with the work and the finished product.
