The MAs and doctor were really nice to me and I appreciate them, but the front desk worker was unbelievably rude. I understand I came in right before closing, but as soon as I walked in she made a sarcastic comment at me, and on my way out I apologized for coming in late in which she responded, “ it’ll come back to you”.
I got decent care, but I keep getting sent a bill and I can't pay it because none of the locations that pull up are where I actually went. So I don't know what I'm supposed to select, and when I call them I can never get an actual person.
I went to this clinic for help and didn't get it..He basically refused me service and said I need to go to the hospital..I told him his site said otherwise that's why I came here...I know my rights..He was talking rude..my discharge paper doesn't say all of why I came in there..He left some stuff off on my discharge paper.. I pray for that man and his puppets..Go elsewhere ironically their name is next care ?
