I brought my 11 year old beloved Rat Terrier/Pomeranian mix, Peppa, into Neel for emergency treatment pertaining to her diabetes. This was the first time I have used this vet hospital and I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of every employee I met. The doctors kept me informed on Peppa’s progress and answered my questions. I was able to visit at any time. I would use Neel Veterinary Hospital again and recommend them to friends and family. They took great care of Peppa during a stressful and worrying time. Thank you!
I personally had a great experience with neel veterinary hospital! They took in my baby and shes doing so much better now after getting proper treatment and 24/7 care that she needed.
I had to rush my dog to Neel veterinary hospital because she had eaten SOMETHING that was causing her to have siezures and the enid pet hospital was no help even after she stayed the night there. They took my pup to icu as soon as I arrived and began flushing her system to get everything out, including what her body had absorbed and distrubted throughout her body (did a deep flush). They took care of my dog with urgency and immense care just like it was like there own dog. I was very pleased with the bill as well with them not over charging and giving a portion of my money back for the supplies they did not use that i prepaid for.
