I cannot say enough good things about Neel Veterinary Hospital and the staff who cared for our family during an incredibly difficult emergency.

From the moment we arrived, everyone we interacted with was kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, and make sure our cat was comfortable. Absolutely great staff and so very helpful answering my questions when I called and asked a few. I dropped a couple pills and wasn't sure if my dog got one but they told me what to watch for etc and calmed down my anxiety about it all. Luckily my dog didn't eat one but if I have an pet emergency (pray I don't) they will be the place I go

Neel's has always been there for our emergent pet needs. From saving my poodle after sneaking hair ties turned into an emergency obstruction, to peacefully euthanizing my almost 18 year old cat last week. Losing my baby was incredibly hard but everyone at Neel was so incredibly kind throughout the process. They genuinely cared and managed to cultivate a lot of peace despite being a busy hospital. I truly appreciate their skills and service.
