Although they didn’t service our Mac he was incredibly informative took the time to speak with my wife and not only educate her on the best laptop for her he found her a refurbished model and provided her the exact link to get the best for her money. 10 out of 10 customer service and clearly his passion.

We have taken multiple Macs and MacBooks in for various things over the years in my 100% Apple small business and have been satisfied enough. But the past two weeks we have experienced a problem that couldn't be replicated outside our WiFi so I scheduled a tech to come to us this time. Within 10 minutes of Todd hearing the details of our problem, he had it fixed. Very professional, informative, and not at all like the proverbial "tech guys" that like to talk above others as if they can't understand this kind of stuff. So very pleased that we will definitely will call him back out before spending weeks of frustration trying to address it ourselves... read full review

Brought my water damaged Mac in, not knowing if it was salvageable. David recommended buying a new device, cost of repair would exceed the value of my current damaged device. Didn't charge for his word of advice and saved me money in the long run. If I need Apple repair this is the place I will use in the future.
