Mike and his wife are absolutely incredible people. They were able to help us out in a pinch to get ready for an event with the Batmobile. He came up with a great solution that saved us hundreds of dollars.And now the Batmobile has never sounded better!
I've used Mike's Muffler Shop several times and they are always responsive with reliable. This time Carol, who knows her business inside and out, listened to my problem and let me know that they were not the right fit for the job (which I had already thought was outside their service expertise). It's this blunt truth that I appreciate. It saved me valuable time and frustration. You can count on Carol and Mark at Mike's Muffle Shop to do a good job for you and do it in a timely manner.
Wonderful and helpful people! I did find out that google has their hours wrong. They are currently open Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm. Looks like they will occasionally do Saturday appointments.
