Norchelle and her associates were extremely helpful and professional in assisting me to obtain a frame that they had in stock the month before, but was no longer in production. Kudos to them all!! Not only were they able to work with their distributor to find the frame, but I also purchased other frames. Great experience!! I’ll definitely go back to Midtown Optical. My thanks to them all for such a pleasant experience.

I did not get my exam here. However, I did stop in to shop their frame selection. Overall great selection, including sunglasses. Fair mix of accessible styles and trendier styles. Staff was friendly and mostly just let me do my browsing/trying on unbothered. Nice place, I'll probably be back again at some point.

Dr. Greenhaw always takes the time to explain things in detail and answer any questions I have. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They all go out of their way to make the patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. I could not recommend them more!
