Merry Maids of Oklahoma City is a woman, veteran, and locally owned and operated business. The cleaning service is outstanding and left everything spotless, exceeding expectations. The gals were really nice and cleaned everything extremely well. Everything was very clean and shiny, with the refrigerator being excellent. The professionalism displayed while busily cleaning the home was impressive, with the clean living room and kitchen leaving a lasting impression. Customer service is top-notch, keeping clients informed throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and stress-free. For a move-out cleaning, there was excellent contact, and the team arrived exactly when they said they would. The two women who showed up were kind and courteous. When a service issue arose, a supervisor-in-training addressed it without hesitation, telling the whole truth and doing everything within her power to put things right. The manager, Tammy, is especially helpful, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended for all cleaning needs.
