Very poor communication.
I couldn't reach actual office to tell them I was running late so they listed me as a no show.
I told the call center and they never communicated to the receptionist.

It's very frustrating that you don't allow walk ins.

You should send a text of the time to the patient to confirm time.They even listed me incorrectly at 845 instead of 9am.

I saw Dr. Jorge Luege for a follow up appointment yesterday.
Dr. Luege is very personable and professional.
I will definitely be coming back!!!
