Dr. Iser and her nurse Bradley have been nothing but supportive and compassionate on my migraine journey. The doctor spent about an hour with me talking through my history and doing a thorough neurological exam. She listened when I voiced concern over a certain medication and made adjustments accordingly. Since then I started a new medication covered by my insurance but I recently changed jobs and lost coverage for about a month. I was 8 pills short on my medication and they were very kind and helped me fill in the gaps with some samples until my coverage returns in February. I wanna say Dr. Shipley was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, him and kelly the nurse assistant are 5 stars on their own. There was some confusion and I was told I could go to a zoom appointment for my first meeting when I was not actually able too though the personal I was talking to just didn’t know what was going on though so that’s why 3 stars. They also got me back in to the office next week so it was not a huge deal but it’s about my brain so every extra day we don’t know what’s going on up there is extra stressful.
