I’ve always had polite and friendly service and they are thorough. Today Jeni was in the area and reached out to me to get services done. I was available and she promptly showed up and was thorough and efficient. Quality of customer service has been great throughout.

Christina took the time to listen to my issues with the mice that have moved in. She sealed holes on my outside walls and made sure all the bait stations were full, in addition to spraying the inside and outside of the house. She did a fantastic job!

Edit- I was contacted by the Regional Manager, had a great conversation and I'm pleased with the outcome. Might have another update in a couple of weeks after my next service date.This was a pretty good company at one point in time. But then they discontinued in home service unless it was requested but still charged the same amount. Just recently they've upped the price for that outdoor only service. They come through and sweep the house, but you can rarely tell. I still have a lot of spiders in my home and storm shelter.
