Very polite and professional. Excellent at making sure you know what is going on. Very explanatory. And guide you through any thing that would make your next year's tax benefits better. Very knowledgeable in what they are doing.
Martin's Tax Service makes the filing process so easy and convenient by using the portal as a way to upload documents and ask questions that you can answer on your own time. Everyone is so nice and I always have a great experience every year!
My experience with Martins Tax Service was amazing. When I first walked in the door, it smelled really good and on top of that the service was very exceptional. My taxes were filed in under 30 min. I would give them a 10 star of I could. I was helped by Derienne(spell check) she was very helpful. I will be back Lord's willing next year.
