So happy with my experience. Mainard and Sanders were so professional. They communicated all issues and kept me informed, Chris and Brandon were both kind, they went above and beyond all my expectations. I highly recommend them.
More than satisfied, we did without heat for more than a month due to another company. One phone call to Mainard & Sanders our heater was running better than a new unit. So verry happy with the service techs and their attention to detail. Won't be going anywhere else.
I have been with Mainerd and Sanders for over 20 years. They are always professional and on time. If delayed I am notified of the reason. John is great to work with, kind and professional. Also the receptionist who answers the phone is always pleasant and has a sweet sense of humor.Today Brandon was our tech and he took his time to figure out the problem with our unit. He was very patient, conscientious and always kind. Than you Brandon for figuring out the rather unusual problem!I recommend Mainerd and Sanders to my friends and family!
