We hired Maccini Construction as our General Contractor for a buildout we were doing back in early 2018, which was not fully completed until early 2020. First off, the team we interviewed and hired to finish the job ended up not being the team that completed the job as they were going through a change in leadership - none of this was communicated to us and instead was a surprise. Second, we had MANY meetings going over the job and what needed to be completed by them and what work we would complete ourselves.
