Customers describe the team as prompt and professional, showing up on time, finishing quickly, and leaving no mess. The quality of their work really shows, and they keep customers informed throughout the entire process. They are respectful, hardworking, and leave everything looking great. One customer notes that it is very rare to get a great job and great customer service, and would call Loomis Construction again for another roof. When an insurance claim was denied, the team did excellent work on the roof and interior and introduced a third-party advocate. Together, they guided the customer through the entire process, fought for them, and ultimately got the approval needed. The team was patient, explaining every step, and their commitment was unmatched. Another customer shares that after a denial, the team was able to overturn that decision, marking up everything and taking over 300 pictures to submit to the insurance man. Customers highly recommend these honest, dependable, and quality construction and roofing services.
I couldn’t be happier with the work from Sean! He was professional, reliable, and made sure everything was done right. We had roof damage, and initially, our insurance claim was denied. The roofing company not only did excellent work on the roof and interior, but they also introduced us to PALCO, a third-party advocate. Together, they guided us through the entire process, fought for us, and ultimately got the approval we needed. It was my first time dealing with something like this, and they were patient, explaining every step. Their commitment was unmatched. I can’t recommend them enough—truly an incredible team.
Jared came out after our insurance company denied our claim, he was able to overturn that decision, they marked up everything and took over 300 pictures to submit to the insurance man. Very thankful and I highly recommend these guys!
