Kaili was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. I was Skeptical about it and did some research using chat GPT and decided to do it. I saw immediate results of 2cm off the love handles when I measured again when I got home. Highly suggest working out after and water fasting the day of, I think that played a big role in it. Will definitely do the recommended 4 sessions
