Friendly and courteous Staff members. Billing is misleading and outrageous; received a bill from Northwest Surgical Center (part of the Integris Network) for $265.70 after paying $590.44 (the amount I was quoted prior to the procedure) for the an MRI without contrast of the head , an MD billed me $94.64 to review my MRI results. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas paid $1634.21. The average cost of such a procedure in Oklahoma is approximately $700 according to several sources on the Net. A friend of mine, paid $50.00 for a MRI of the Head in Norman OK 3-4 years ago without insurance (did not carry health insurance through his employer). Outrageous!

Still waiting on results of imaging from two weeks ago. I'm not sure what the industry standard is but this place must fall far short of that standard. Bordering on negligence?

Myself and my family have over the past few years had several catscans or MRI’s. The bill from Lakepoint was 4 times what we usually pay. I contacted my insurance company, BCBS, and they advised me that even though they present themselves as an imaging center they bill as a hospital and that allows for the increase in cost. It appears to me to be an intentional act to deceive and mislead patients
