Heavenly massage! Amy is phenomenal. I saw her for the first time a few days ago and was extremely pleased. She first had me fill out a questionnaire that asked about my health, what I expect from the massage, and whether I prefer a light, medium, or heavy touch. Then she looked over my answers and we discussed them so she could customize the massage to my needs. I am so thankful! The massage was perfect. I felt very safe with her. And I haven't had any back pain since. I will definitely see her again, and I have recommended her to everyone I know.

I was interested in trying out Reiki for stress relief and came across Hello Bliss on line. My experience was AMAZING!!! Amy responded to my request quickly and accommodated my schedule. The facility is so peaceful, and Amy's calm and beautiful spirit is apparent when you talk and meet with her. The plethora of knowledge she has regarding Reiki was impressive and I immediately felt at ease. It was a WONDERFUL experience and I am telling all of my friends about Reiki and especially Hello Bliss!

#SelfCareSaturdays I have decided that I will dub Saturdays, Self Care Saturdays. Days where I things to care for myself. I have had many massages in my life time, but none have been as good as Amy. She makes sure to know where you are in the moment when you arrive at your appointment, she wants to know how you are physically and mentally. She wants to know what areas need work and focuses on them. She checks in on the pressure and what is happening in your life to make your body tense. Amy has learned that I care much about natural health and asks me what I am doing and we discuss what she does to care for herself, that may work for me as well.
