We have been coming for a while now and have never had a bad experience, but today we had a great experience! Toria and Solomon were both so helpful with finding my son glasses that he liked AND that fit him properly. It was a warranty/replacement pair that was no longer available, and Toria got all that sorted painlessly. Solomon especially helped guide my son to a better size/fit, while explaining the differences to us.

Our daughter has been a patient of Hefner Eye Care and has been getting her glasses from Hefner Pointe Optical for the past two years. My family was very pleased with our recent experience with Kelsey, an optician who patiently answered every question we had and took considerable time making adjustments to ensure our daughter was comfortable. Kelsey had a great rapport with our four-year-old, making what could have been a challenging experience a positive one. Keep up the good work!
