We purchased this storm shelter about 1.5 weeks ago. Yes, we now have a $4k storm shelter in the garage. But, it came with some issues. We have a brand new house and driveway. It had no issues prior to their arrival. Now, we now have damage to the garage and the driveway from their machinery. The installation was done quick which I get, but I question where the concrete cut into the garage floor, looks kinda crappy. Pretty disappointed honestly.
4 stars - Update: Ground Zero installed a patch on the leaking area in the Storm Shelter. I had an engaging conversation with the repair technician, who turned out to be the owner, Richard. Regrettably, the patch did not resolve the leak, but he provided me with the necessary steps to initiate a replacement for the shelter.
1star - I contacted them regarding a warranty claim for my Storm Shelter, which is leaking at the seam of a weld. Two weeks later, they informed me that they were attempting to send someone out to inspect the issue and would contact me in the next few days. This company was great and very friendly to do business with. I ended up having my shelter installed back in 2018, and it stills looks almost brand new. They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them.
