Gerber Collision & Glass is reliable, communicative, and cost effective. The team is courteous, quick, and does a wonderful and phenomenal job. Staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and extremely helpful, answering questions and keeping customers updated often. They are really quick to respond and work really, really hard to fix issues. They go above and beyond to make sure a vehicle is safe and will even perform extra work beyond what was paid for. If parts are delayed or there is a shortage, they communicate immediately about the plan and any longer timeline. They are good at helping with insurance questions. Customers report they would recommend them 100% and would definitely use them again, noting they could not be more pleased.

We went to replace our Toyota tundra tailgate handle as well as our backup camera that is attached to our tailgate handle. Their receptionist (Claudia) is incredibly kind and helpful and answered any questions we had when she could, and let us speak to someone else when she wasn’t sure. The parts supplier ended up getting somewhat delayed, but that wasn’t on Gerber at all and they let us know immediately what the plan was and how long it might take. They did a phenomenal job. It took longer than expected due to parts shortage but they called me often with updates. I never had to call them to know where we were in the process. They even did some things that were above and beyond what was paid for, like replacing some faded pinstripes on both sides of the vehicle. I could not be more pleased ? , my wife said it looks brand new. ?
