Gary R. Fox, OD, is a smaller practice where patients report consistently pleasant experiences over many years. Smaller practice. Dr. Fox office was short staffed today but I didn't feel that it impacted my experience at all. The assistant and Dr. Fox were personable, able to answer all of my questions, and provided plenty of information. I came for a subscription for glasses and to get fitted for contacts. I have minimal experience with contacts and they both were patient and walked me through putting the contacts in and taking them out. Dr. Fox went over several different brands for me to try on over the weekend to see what fits best for my eyes. I was found the experience pleasant and look forward to going back next week after testing the different contacts.
What a nice guy! I showed up on the wrong day but at the right time, and they worked me in, anyway. He was VERY personable and listened to my concerns. I couldn't be more satisfied with the visit. Thanks, Dr. Fox!
Dr. Fox is thorough in his eye exams. And everyone else is top notch in customer service. They stand behind the lenses and frames they sell. Been going there 5 years now. I will continue to do so.
